If your coming from Bideford travel along the A39 until you reach the Bishops Tawton Rounddabout, sign posted Exeter. Turn right here and ravel along this for approx. 1 mile and on the left you will see a lane signposted Sanders Lane.

If your coming from Barnstaple travel across the roundabout and again, a mile along turn left.
